me and my 2 friends ate in here at around half 12pm today and we all ordered a dave single. once we bit into our burgers the meat inside was bright red and looked very undercooked. an hour after we ate, one my friends threw up 3 times and me and my other friends feel extremely ill. i do not recommend eating here unless you want food poisoning.

Been here 3 times 3 times the burger is missing all the bits its ment to have ...today a french onion burger with no onions asked for onions got dryed ones ....hungry so just eaten it. Come here for disappointment go to spoons for a decent meal

High quality food. Really surprised. Surpassed the other well known fast food establishments in the area. Slightly expensive but quality made up for it. Service was good, slightly slow for fast food but not too bad. Would come back and will recommend.

Outstanding Service and Delicious Food at Wendy’s!
I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Wendy’s recently! The food, as always, was fresh and delicious – the burgers were perfectly cooked, the fries were crispy and hot and the service was brilliant.
What really made my visit exceptional was the amazing service from Daisy, who served me. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and made sure everything about my order was perfect. It’s clear she takes her job seriously and truly cares about the customers. Wendy’s is lucky to have such a hardworking and dedicated employee like her!
The restaurant itself was spotless, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Wendy’s continues to set the bar high for quality food and service. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

Good food, however I do not appreciate being harassed for a review when I am trying to enjoy my food! The manager (who could do with some pointers on how to speak to her staff) was pushing a staff member to go out the front and get a review, I felt sorry for the staff member as they looked uncomfortable, but I refused to do this. If you want to hit your targets then try a softer approach!

I saw your response and it was rubbish. Why is because I already did this the last time it happened and got absolutely no response. Perhaps your customer service is as bad as your tech.
Additionally, once again I arrived to find out that a bunch of drinks you had were out of stock because one of your machines is broken. That means I have never been to this Wendy's since opening when you did not have multiple things showing as out of stock.
Another trip today and once again their menu computer system is messed up. Bought a large meal and it decided to charge me an extra 40p for large fries that comes with it.
Last time it showed a bunch of items as out of stock when they were not. The time before then it was a meal deal that had bits that were showing out of stock but we're not.
When are you going to fire you tech people and get people that are competent? I go a lot less than I
would do because of your computer systems so I bet you are losing a LOT of customers because of it
